STEMSKILLS offers a community camp for young people with autism, ADHD, and LD.

STEMSkills partners with businesses, maker spaces, and other venues in the Washington, DC area to help students gain a variety of skills. Traveling by Metro, the student will gain confidence using public transportation.

  • The first week, the camp will be hosted by Nova Labs, in Reston.

  • The second week, we will focus on building social skills and budgeting money and time.

  • The final week will include job exploration and tours of technology-driven businesses working in drone technology, video gaming, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

STEMSkills will emphasize work culture norms and help build executive functioning skills.

*Please allow access to IEP's for best-practice learning.

*We will provide one need-based full scholarship for each camp.
